Hailing from the east coast and married to a deep love of storytelling, Sarah Mac weaves songs of love, loss and the human spirit that feel timeless and deeply personal. With a voice that blends natural strength and vulnerability, she paints vivid portraits of life’s highs and lows - drawing inspiration from an experience that seems equally familiar with deep sorrow and powerful joy. Whether performing on renowned stages or in the warmth of a living room, her lyrics capture the essence of everyday life—its quiet moments, its struggles, and its beauty. Known for her authenticity and heartfelt connection to her audience, she is carving out her place as an important voice in the New England singer-songwriter landscape.
Louise Coombe (formerly Mosrie) grew up in rural west Tennessee on a cattle farm - riding horses and writing poetry. Her folky/Americana pop songwriting has won top awards at Kerrville Folk Festival, Wildflower! Festival, Telluride Bluegrass Festival, SolarFest and Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Louise has opened for America, Jonatha Brooke, Allison Moorer, Steve Earle, Cliff Eberhardt, Vance Gilbert, Ellis Paul, Greg Trooper and Mary Gauthier. Her storytelling songs often touch on historical narratives and have been used in two documentaries that aired on PBS-TV. Louise’s new release, “Paris”, was produced by Cliff Eberhardt with a full band featuring Broadway musician, Seth Farber, on keyboards, Violinist Carol Sharar and Pete Adams on pedal steel. Stylistically more “torchy” than her previous releases, Louise has also been co-writing with living folk legend, Tom Paxton, for two years and three of their songs are on the new album. www.louisecoombe.com
