Erik Rabasca & Amber Season

Erik Rabasca is a Connecticut-based singer-songwriter and founder of Highest Frequency Records, currently performing at folk venues throughout Connecticut and the Hudson Valley. His latest album New Scrolls (June ‘26) is his most focused and personal work yet — a fully-realized rootsy voyage through country folk & swing where classic roadhouse grit meets intimate storytelling, drawing on the lyrical spirit of Dylan, Marley, and John Prine. With themes that balance being between worlds and finding fortitude, New Scrolls shares hard-earned wisdom with weary optimism.

No stranger to big moments, Rabasca’s former moniker, Light Warriors, was hand-picked by multi-Grammy winner Jon Batiste to open his Alive at Five concert appearance, and in prior projects he has opened for Grammy winners as diverse as Mike Farris, SOJA and Easy Star All Stars. New Scrolls arrives as Rabasca steps fully into the acoustic spotlight — stripped back, road-worn, and right where he belongs. Fully embracing and transmuting his influences, he performs with ease and joy, continually winning fans over in storied CT venues like SPACE Ballroom, Milford Arts Council, Fairfield Theater Company, Bijou Theater and more. Rabasca will be actively performing through the fall ‘26 as both a soloist and with The Connecticut Hope Collective at venues and large (Sacred Heart University Theater) and small (Cantean,Hamden) as well as Festivals like CT Localpalooza, New London Folk Festival and Glastonbury CT Apple Harvest Festival

Amber Season

Amber Season is the harmony-driven collaboration of Denise Jones (Inner Groove) and Brian Larney (The Brian Larney Band). Both longtime members of Connecticut's vibrant singer-songwriter community, Jones and Larney bring together a shared love of acoustic music, rich vocal harmony and beautifully crafted songs.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Simon & Garfunkel, The Secret Sisters, and The Milk Carton Kids, Amber Season pairs intimate performances with songs that place melody, lyric, and harmony at the center. Their music carries echoes of folk traditions while remaining firmly rooted in the present, creating performances that feel both familiar and freshly discovered.
